Chapter 901 : Central Vermont Public Safety Authority

(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 901, § 17)

  • § 17. Chair

    The Chair shall preside at all meetings of the Board and shall make and sign all contracts on behalf of the Authority upon approval by the Board. The Chair shall perform all the duties incident to the position and office. (Added 2013, No. M-17 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 20, 2014.)
