Chapter 901 : Central Vermont Public Safety Authority

(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 901, § 15)

  • § 15. Bond

    Within 30 days of their election or appointment, all officers shall post bond in such amounts as shall be determined by the Board. The cost of such bond shall be borne by the Authority. (Added 2013, No. M-17 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 20, 2014.)
