Chapter 901 : Central Vermont Public Safety Authority

(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 901, § 14)

  • § 14. Officers

    The officers of the Authority shall be the Chair and the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, the Secretary of the Authority, and the Treasurer of the Authority. There may also be an assistant secretary and an assistant treasurer. (Added 2013, No. M-17 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 20, 2014.)
