(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 414, § 302)

  • § 302. Bond

    Prior to assuming their offices, all officers shall post bond in amounts that shall be determined by resolution of the Board of Supervisors. The District shall bear the cost of the bond. (Added 2019, No. M-2, § 2, eff. April 19, 2019.)
