Subchapter 001 : CREATION AND POWERS

(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 414, § 102)

  • § 102. Purpose

    The District is created and shall exist for the purpose of providing solid waste disposal services for its member municipalities and the residents of member municipalities through the collection, removal, transportation, disposal, recovery, recycling, or any combination thereof, of solid wastes generated within the District. (Added 2019, No. M-2, § 2, eff. April 19, 2019.)
