§ 207. Quorum
For the purpose of transacting business, the presence of members representing more
than 50 percent of the Board of Supervisors shall constitute a quorum. However, a
smaller number may adjourn to another date. Any action adopted by a majority of the
votes cast at a meeting of the Board of Supervisors at which a quorum is present shall
be the action of the Board, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
