(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 413, § 103)

  • § 103. Composition

    The District is composed of and includes all of the lands and residents within those municipalities that vote to approve and enter into this agreement at the time of its creation, and such other municipalities as are subsequently admitted to the District as herein provided, except for those municipalities that may withdraw as herein provided.
