Chapter 413 : Northwest Vermont Solid Waste Management District

Subchapter 001 : CREATION AND POWERS

(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 413, § 101)

  • § 101. Creation

    Upon approval of this chapter by the participating municipalities, as required in 24 V.S.A. chapter 121, subchapter 3, there is hereby created a union municipal district that shall be known as the Northwest Vermont Solid Waste Management District (hereinafter referred to as the District) and that shall be a body politic and corporate.
