§ 305. Acting Chairperson
When both the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson are either absent or elect not to preside,
the Board shall designate a member of the Board to serve as acting Chairperson. In
any such case, the acting Chairperson shall have the same duties and authority of
the Chairperson and shall serve until either the Chairperson or Vice Chairperson resume
his or her duties.
