§ 13. Quorum
For the purpose of transacting business, the presence of 50 percent of the municipal
representatives to the Board of Supervisors shall constitute a quorum. However, a
smaller number may adjourn to another date. The entire number of regular representatives
to be appointed to the Board under section 9 of this chapter shall be used to determine
a quorum, regardless of whether vacancies exist.
