§ 22. Officers and employees of the Village
All elected and appointed officers of the Village on the effective date of this chapter
shall continue in office until their terms of office shall end in accordance with
law and until their successors are duly elected or appointed and qualified. Likewise,
members of the Board of Trustees in office upon the effective date of this chapter
shall fulfill their terms.
