Subchapter 002 : VILLAGE MEETING AND OFFICERS

(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 253, § 16)

  • § 16. Competency to hold Village office

    No member of the Village shall be deemed thereby incompetent to act as judge, justice of the peace, juror, sheriff, or constable in any cause or proceeding in which the corporation shall be interested.
