§ 203. Elections at annual meetings
(a) The Village shall, at every annual meeting elect a Moderator, Clerk, Treasurer, three
auditors, and the number of trustees as are necessary to fill vacancies where terms
of office have expired or a member has resigned, died, or been removed in order to
make a full board of five trustees.
(b) The trustees shall be elected by ballot, and any of the other officers shall also
be elected by ballot provided a writing demand therefor is filed with the Clerk before
the meeting signed by not less than five legal voters therein.
(c) Any person who receives the highest number of votes cast for a given office shall
