(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 235, § 44)

  • § 44. Enforcement of Board regulations

    A person who violates a regulation made by the Board of Health shall be fined not more than $20.00, and a person so violating shall be subject to the same penalty for each day’s continued violation.
