§ 12. Trustees; duties
The trustees shall keep a full and true record of all orders drawn and expenditures
made by them, and no money shall be paid out of the treasury except upon their order,
and the Village may appoint one or more auditors to audit and settle the accounts
of any or all its officers. (Added 1886, No. 195, § 12.)
