Chapter 171 : Town of Williston

(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 171, § 17)

  • § 17. Severability

    The sections of this charter and the parts thereof are separable. If any portion of this charter or application thereof to any person or circumstance shall be held invalid, the remainder thereof or the application of such invalid portions to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. (Added 2003, No. M-11 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 3, 2004.)
