Subchapter 008 : TOWN MEETING

(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 129, § 804)

  • § 804. Polling places

    In any annual or special Town or School District meeting for the purpose of the election of officers and the voting on all questions to be decided by Australian ballot, such polling places as needed shall be established by the Board of Civil Authority. (Amended 2021, No. M-16 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 31, 2022.)
