(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 129, § 803)

  • § 803. Eligible voters

    A method for the identification and designation of the eligible voters in Town or School District meetings shall be established by the Board of Civil Authority. The Town Clerk, Selectboard members, and Justices of the Peace shall constitute the Board of Civil Authority. (Amended 2021, No. M-16 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 31, 2022.)
