§ 201. Applicability of the general law
Except when changed, enlarged, or modified by these charter provisions, the Town of
Bristol shall have all the powers granted to towns by the Constitution and general
laws of the State of Vermont, together with all the implied powers necessary to carry
into execution all the powers granted to the Town of Bristol. (Added 1994, No. M-20, § 2, eff. Jan. 1, 1995.)
