BOARD OF ALDERMEN

§ 4.1. Administrative powers
The administration of all fiscal, prudential, and municipal affairs of the City and
the government thereof shall be vested in the Board of Aldermen, except as otherwise
provided by this charter or by law, and except where the powers are specifically delegated
to the Mayor or other boards or officers herein created.
