§ 5093. Rules
Rules reasonable and necessary to implement this chapter may be adopted by the Secretary
of Transportation pursuant to the provisions of 3 V.S.A. chapter 25. (Added 1989, No. 262 (Adj. Sess.); amended 1993, No. 211 (Adj. Sess.), § 20, eff. June 17, 1994; 2003, No. 56, § 40, eff. June 4, 2003.)
