Subchapter 001 : PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION POLICY

(Cite as: 24 V.S.A. § 5081)

  • § 5081. Definition

    As used in this subchapter:

    “Public transportation” means the transportation of persons, including groups of the general public with special needs, by all means available to the general public. (Added 1989, No. 262 (Adj. Sess.).)
