Chapter 045 : Voluntary Consolidation of Towns

(Cite as: 24 V.S.A. § 1426)

  • § 1426. Voting qualifications

    The qualifications for voting on any proposed consolidation shall be the same as those for the election of town officers. (Added 1963, No. 146, § 6.)
