§ 365. Penalty for taking bribe
A State’s Attorney who, directly or indirectly under color of his or her office, unlawfully
receives to his or her use, or the use of another person, money or other valuable
thing, shall be fined not less than $300.00 and shall be incapable of holding civil
office in the State.
