Chapter 033 : Nonresident Violator Compact

(Cite as: 23 V.S.A. § 3559)

  • § 3559. Exceptions—Article VIII

    The provisions of this compact shall not apply to parking or standing violations, highway weight limit violations, and violations of law governing the transportation of hazardous materials. (Added 1985, No. 84, § 1.)
