§ 1074. Vehicle entering roadway
A driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, private road, legal trail, class 4 town
highway, class 3 town highway serving only one residence, or driveway shall stop immediately
prior to driving onto a sidewalk or onto the sidewalk area extending across any alleyway
or driveway, shall yield the right of way to any pedestrian as may be necessary to
avoid contact, and upon entering the roadway shall yield the right of way to all vehicles
