§ 1062. Turning prohibited
No person shall turn a vehicle in order to proceed in the opposite direction on any
curve, or upon the approach to or near the crest of a grade, where the vehicle cannot
be seen by the driver of any other vehicle approaching from either direction for a
distance of 500 feet. (Added 1971, No. 258 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. March 1, 1973.)
