§ 1028. Interference with devices or signals
No person shall, without lawful authority, alter or attempt to alter, deface, injure,
knock down, or remove any official traffic-control device or any railroad sign or
signal or any inscription, shield, or insignia thereon, or any part thereof. (Added 1971, No. 258 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. March 1, 1973.)
