  • § 108. Employment of agents and employees

    The trustees, managers, or directors may appoint and employ from time to time agents and employees as they may deem necessary for the efficient administration and conduct of the library and all the affairs of the corporation. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 243, eff. July 1, 2024.)
