§ 1461. Misrepresentation; penalties
If an approved plan or any representation for implementation of the plan is intentionally
and substantially misleading or false, the employer shall be liable for any amount
of benefits deemed by the Commissioner to have been improperly paid from the fund
as a result thereof. (Added 1985, No. 140 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
