§ 1459. Charging benefits
STC benefits paid to an employee shall be charged to the employers in the base period.
Reimbursable employers participating in the STC Program shall be assessed for the
STC benefits paid their employees. (Added 1985, No. 140 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 2013, No. 173 (Adj. Sess.), § 6.)
