  • § 1032. Commissioner; duties; rules

    The Commissioner shall administer this chapter and, in consultation with the Commissioner of Financial Regulation, adopt rules to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Added 1995, No. 173 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1995, No. 180 (Adj. Sess.), § 38(a); 2013, No. 34, § 13.)
