Chapter 005 : Employment Practices

Subchapter 001 : CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT

(Cite as: 21 V.S.A. § 303)

  • § 303. Penalty; judicial bureau

    Any employer who violates the provisions of this subchapter shall be assessed a civil penalty of not more than $100.00 for each and every violation. (Amended 2007, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 3.)
