§ 3591. Transfer of license
A license from a municipal clerk shall be valid in any part of the State and may be
transferred with the dog or wolf-hybrid licensed, provided such license is recorded
by the clerk of the municipality where such dog or wolf-hybrid is kept. (Amended 1993, No. 213 (Adj. Sess.), § 16, eff. April 1, 1995.)
