Chapter 173 : Prevention and Investigation of Fires

Subchapter 001 : GENERAL PROVISIONS

(Cite as: 20 V.S.A. § 2689)

  • § 2689. Failure of officer to perform duty

    An officer referred to in section 2831 of this title who intentionally neglects to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter shall be fined not more than $100.00 nor less than $10.00. (Amended 2021, No. 20, § 169.)
