Subchapter 001 : MISSING PERSONS

(Cite as: 20 V.S.A. § 1826)

  • § 1826. False information on missing person

    A person who knowingly makes a false report of a missing person or knowingly makes a false statement in the report shall be fined not more than $1,000.00. (Added 1985, No. 254 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. June 4, 1986.)
