(Cite as: 20 V.S.A. § 1271)

  • § 1271. Pay and rations

    When the State Guard or any part of it is ordered out for active duty or field training, its members shall be entitled to the same pay and rations as the National Guard on similar duty and shall be paid under rules adopted by the Governor. (Amended 2017, No. 113 (Adj. Sess.), § 136; 2021, No. 10, § 66.)
