  • § 959. Use and discontinuance

    The selectboard may fix the length of time and conditions of use for the right-of-way. The selectboard may order the right-of-way closed or discontinued when in the selectboard’s judgment it is necessary to do so. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 2021, No. 105 (Adj. Sess.), § 362, eff. July 1, 2022.)
