(Cite as: 19 V.S.A. § 728)

  • § 728. Service

    On receipt of the petition, the court shall issue a citation stating the time and place of hearing that, with the petition, shall be served on one or more selectboard members at least six days before the time. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
