§ 28. Regulatory signs
Except as provided in 23 V.S.A. § 1074, the designation of a throughway shall not become effective as to regulation of traffic
at any point in intersection with any highway until the Agency or the selectboard
in a town, as the case may be, shall erect suitable regulatory signs or signals in
accordance with the requirements of 23 V.S.A. § 1025. The Agency or the selectboard in a town, as the case may be, may designate any intersection
under their respective jurisdictions as a “stop” intersection or a “yield right of
