Chapter 175 : The Board of Mental Health

(Cite as: 18 V.S.A. § 7315)

  • § 7315. Definition

    As used in this chapter, the term “hospital” shall include a secure residential recovery facility as defined in subsection 7620(e) of this title. (Added 2011, No. 160 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. May 17, 2012.)
