(Cite as: 18 V.S.A. § 5316)

  • § 5316. Encumbrance of cemetery property prohibited

    A public mausoleum, crematorium, columbarium, the land or lot or right of burial shall not be mortgaged, pledged, or in any manner encumbered by the agency owning or controlling the same.
