Chapter 113 : Patient Choice at End of Life

(Cite as: 18 V.S.A. § 5291)

  • § 5291. Safe disposal of unused medications

    The Department of Health shall adopt rules providing for the safe disposal of unused medications prescribed under this chapter. (Added 2013, No. 39, § 1, eff. May 20, 2013.)
