Chapter 107 : Deaths, Burials, and Autopsies

Subchapter 001 : GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

(Cite as: 18 V.S.A. § 5216)

  • § 5216. Penalty

    A sexton or other person having charge of a cemetery, tomb, or receiving vault who violates a provision of sections 5214 and 5215 of this title shall be fined not more than $500.00 nor less than $20.00.
