§ 4811. Incarceration for intoxication prohibited [Effective July 1, 2025]
A person who has not been charged with a crime shall not be incarcerated in a secure facility operated by the Department of Corrections on account of the person’s intoxication. (Added 2019, No. 6, § 100, eff. July 1, 2025.)
