Chapter 089 : Drug Paraphernalia

(Cite as: 18 V.S.A. § 4477)

  • § 4477. Forfeiture

    Upon conviction under section 4476 of this title, the defendant shall forfeit to the State all items used, promoted for use, or designed for use as drug paraphernalia. (Added 1983, No. 186 (Adj. Sess.).)
