§ 4309. Penalty
A person who violates a provision of this chapter or 6 V.S.A. § 3312(d), for which no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not more than $300.00 for
the first offense and, for each subsequent offense, not more than $500.00. (Amended 2007, No. 38, § 8b, eff. May 21, 2007; 2017, No. 76, § 5.)
