§ 3615. Charges for examinations, applications, reviews, and investigations
The Department of Financial Regulation may charge its reasonable expenses in administering
the provisions of this chapter to pharmacy benefit managers in the manner provided
for in 8 V.S.A. § 18. (Added 2023, No. 127 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. July 1, 2024.)
