§ 1674. Rulemaking
Pursuant to 3 V.S.A. chapter 25, the Commissioner of Health shall adopt any rules necessary for the implementation, administration, and enforcement of this chapter. (Added 2021, No. 36, § 2, eff. July 1, 2023.)
