§ 1662. Prohibition of certain class B firefighting foam
A person, municipality, or State agency shall not discharge or otherwise use for training or testing purposes class B firefighting foam that contains intentionally added PFAS. (Added 2021, No. 36, § 1, eff. July 1, 2022.)
